Indoor Comfort Solutions, Inc. is a Florida licensed air conditioning contractor (license CAC1813266) operating from 2812 State Road 60 East, Lake Wales, FL 33898, with mailing address P.O. Box 3988, Lake Wales, FL 33859. These terms govern use of this website and the residential and commercial HVAC services we provide.
2. Estimates and quotes
Prices, ranges, and figures shown on this website — including anything produced by the quote builder — are planning estimates only. They are not offers and do not create a contract. A binding price is issued in writing after a technician inspects the property, and work begins only after you approve that price.
3. Scheduling and arrival windows
Appointment requests submitted through this website are requests, not confirmed bookings. A slot is reserved only once our office confirms it with you directly. Arrival windows are estimates; emergency calls, weather, and parts availability can shift them. We call ahead when a window changes.
4. Access and site conditions
You agree to provide safe access to the equipment, thermostat, and electrical panel, and to disclose known hazards. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by blocked access, unsafe conditions, pests, or pre-existing code violations discovered on site.
5. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Diagnostic fees are earned when the technician performs the diagnosis and are credited toward a repair performed on the same visit. Returned payments and past-due balances may incur fees permitted by Florida law.
6. Warranties
New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which is registered in your name. Our installation and repair labor is warrantied separately as stated on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, power surges, neglected maintenance, unauthorized modification, or work performed by others.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment at no charge by calling the office before the technician is dispatched. Special-order equipment already purchased for your project may be non-refundable.
8. Website use
This site is provided for informational purposes. Content, photos, and marks on it belong to Indoor Comfort Solutions, Inc. Do not scrape, copy, or republish it without permission. We may update pages, pricing ranges, and these terms at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising out of services or website use is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or spoilage.
