Who we are
We are a small, owner-run mechanical contractor led by president Tommy Gene Moses II — Gene to most of Polk County. Calls are answered locally and dispatched locally; there is no national call center between you and the technician.
Our work splits between residential service and full mechanical subcontracting for new construction: sheet metal, ductwork, and equipment set on single-family builds in Fort Meade, Babson Park, Bartow, Lakeland, Frostproof, and Dade City. That construction background is why we diagnose airflow at the duct, not just at the thermostat.
Customers consistently mention three things: fast response, honest billing, and technicians who explain what they found. Our reviews average 4.9 stars.

How we operate
The standards behind the work.
Diagnose before quoting
No component gets replaced on a guess. Pressures, amp draw and airflow are measured first, and the reading is shared with you.
Price approved up front
You approve the number before the wrench turns. Customers consistently mention honest billing in reviews — that is not an accident.
Sized to the house
Replacements start with a load calculation. An oversized system short-cycles and leaves Florida humidity in the house.
Ductwork taken seriously
Our sheet metal and new-construction background means we fix the distribution problem instead of oversizing around it.
Licensed and insured
Florida CAC1813266, Highlands County and City of Lakeland registrations, liability through Zurich and workers' comp through Southern-Owners.
Local accountability
Owner-operated from Lake Wales since 2003. The same office answers the phone, dispatches the truck, and follows up afterward.
